A) You are on JVH based ROM (could be v10.1 EE, RE or Lite edition, same, they all are JVH based)
– Open the configurator and untick “wipe” (or not, up to you) and go for recommended kernel & modem
– Only need to disable lagfix if you are NOT on Darkcore 2.x, else no need to disable.
– Download & flash JVP via CWM
– Download DarkCore 2.7.3_JVP: Galaxy S version, Captivate version
– Install SGS Kernel Flasher from Market
– Flash DarkCore 2.7.3_JVP using SGS Kernel Flasher
B) You are NOT on JVH based ROM
– Open the configurator and go for recommended kernel & modem
– Backup your apps & data if you like, everything will be erased
– Disable all lagfixes
– Flash Ficeto_JVH with Odin: Galaxy S version, Captivate version (check this guide, do 0), 1) & 2))
– Download JVP (CWM) and put in into your internal sdcard
– Flash JVP via CWM
– Enable lagfixes (optional)
– Install SGS Kernel Flasher from Market
– Download DarkCore 2.7.3_JVP: Galaxy S version, Captivate version (and put it in your internal sdcard)
– Flash DarkCore 2.7.3_JVP using SGS Kernel Flasher
